Construction:

Frame:

We use 1"x4" boards instead of 2"x4" boards for light weight. This cuts the weight down by 1/3 of a 2"x4" frame but is still a regulation 48"x24" frame. We use 24 screws within the frame to the playing surface to ensure a tight lock between them and a solid, durable board. 

Top Boards:

The top playing surface is a smooth particle board that we cut down to size with a machine for the most accurate playing surface you can get. The playing surface will always be exaclty 48"x24" and 1/2" thick for regulation size along with an exact cut hole at 6" in diameter. We then sand down the edges so it does not rip the bags. 

Legs:

Our swingable legs are cut so that it will make the boards stand a regulation 12" high or folded down for easy storage. We add a board connecting the two legs for added support.

Bags:

Regular Bags:

The bags will be a regulation size of 6"x6" of durable duck cloth and weighing 14oz-16oz. We fill them with dried corn and stitch them up with 3 stitches for added durability.

Painting:

Paint:

First, we use primer to protect the wood. Our sets are painted with high quality paint and we match colors with logos. Numerous coats are applied to get the best color we can get. Also, we use blue painters tape to get crisp lines. 

Protection:

Lastly, we apply 4 coats of Minwax Polycrylic to protect the paint and decals and it allows the bags to slide.

Bags:

• All Weather Bags. Price: $8.00. All weather bags are filled with small resin plastic beads instead of the dried corn. 
• Slide and Stick Bags. Price: $5.00. Our Slide and Stick bags are made with one side duck cloth and the other side a black suede leather. This allows the bags to either slide on the duck cloth or stick with the suede leather.
