Orders are processed and despatched on the same day if received before 1pm. However, during busy periods this may roll over to the next day but will be within 24 hours.

We only sell items that we hold in stock and therefore most items are available for next day delivery (except heavier items to Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands & Northern Ireland). On the rare occasion that we do have a stock discrepancy, we will of course inform the customer immediately.

We will email you once your order has been despatched and upload tracking information (where applicable) onto eBay or you will receive an email directly from our courier.

Delivery Charges

Where possible, we offer combined shipping on all our items. If the combined shipping postage charge is not calculated automatically, please click “request total from seller” and we will send you an invoice for payment. Please note that now eBay charge fees on the shipping, we cannot refund shipping charges retrospectively as this is not refundable from eBay.

Our maximum standard delivery charge is £5.99 for UK Mainland and £11.99 for Channel Islands, Offshore Isles, Highlands & Northern Ireland (also includes some HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO and ZE postcodes) for any number of items.

Some of our heavier items listed with free delivery are sent by Parcelforce and there will be a small surcharge to the above areas.

We also deliver to BFPO addresses. Please email us for costs.

All items are available in our shop in Twickenham at Funky Leisure - Unit 3, St Margaret's Business Centre, Drummond Place, Twickenham TW1 1JN (free parking). We are a 12 minute drive from the M25/M3 Junction.

Overseas Buyers

We are happy to ship worldwide but for some countries we can only send via a tracked postal service. If there is no shipping price listed for your country, please email us for costs. Items over 2kg have to be sent via courier and this price is dependent on parcel weight and dimensions. Please email us and we will try to obtain the best possible price for you.

Payment

Payment is expected within 4 days and after this time, we will file for unpaid item. Please let us know if your payment is delayed for any reason.

We accept PayPal payments, Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). You will need to call us on 020 3411 4640 Monday to Friday 9-5pm to pay with a credit/debit card over the phone. We operate under MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa and fully comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. We do not store any cardholder information.

We do not accept cash or cheques sent to us through the post and cannot be held responsible for any losses therewith.

Returns

All returns must be notified by email first and we will then email you a returns number with information on how to return your product.

All our products are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we (or the manufacturer) will replace the item (if another is available) or offer you a full refund including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will only refund agreed return postage charges for faulty items.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us and claim a full refund of the price paid for the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing via email/post within seven [7] working days following the day of delivery. We will confirm your cancellation via email - the goods must then be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition i.e. unopened with any seals and shrink wrap intact within fourteen [14] days. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us.
