Ideal for a range of knee injuries, including ligament injuries that require increasing medial/ lateral support, Rheumatoid Arthritis, mild to moderate hyperextenstion, and various knee sprains and injuries. Fitting Instructions
Position the knee support around the back of your knee and fasten the two front straps. The material should be breathable side against the skin and fluffy side on outside. Hinges should bend the way you bend your knee. It will not hyper-extend.
The Hinge should be positioned directly on each side of the knee. Please ensure this fits correctly against the side of your knee by ensuring no gaps. You can then fasten the additional straps at the top and bottom of the support.
The hinges are removable for washing.

Delivery
Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?
A. We dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Most UK orders are therefore received within 1-3 days, althoughoccasionally can take longer. International orders can take between 3-7working days.
Q. I have not received my order yet, has it been dispatched?
A. Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. You will receive an email from PayPal when your order has been dispatched, and should receive your order shortly after. If you still have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.
Q. Can I collect my order?

Returns/Exchanges
Q. I would like to return my item for a refund. How can I do this?
A. Please send your unused item to the returns address below, and we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Actesso Medical Supports cannot cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been received. All items returned to Actesso must be in a new and unused condition, and be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
