Cubic Zirconia is better known as “CZ”. CZ is a mineral compound of zirconium oxide. This compound or gemstone can be synthesized and is often used in jewelry instead of diamonds to give jewelry the diamond appearance.
What Is as an appraisal?
A diamond appraisal is the opinion of an individual appraiser as to the quality of a diamond and his/her opinion as to the monetary cost of replacing the stone. An appraisal is useful only as a tool for the insurance industry when a customer needs something replaced due to loss or theft. Appraisals are typically far above the actual retail cost of a diamond. A appraisal is issued by an independent laboratory that has had one or more staff members evaluate the the 4'c for its specific quality as well as the gold value. The appraisal certificate includes the listed retail value for authenticity and insurance purposes.

Shipments for domestic orders are made within 2 business days after payment is cleared. We only ship orders to PayPal "Confirmed" addresses. If you have an unconfirmed address, the order will not be processed. We will not be responsible for uninsured items lost in the mail. Shipments for international orders are made after 3 business days after payment is cleared. International shipments are made via USPS Express International Only, and require 5- 6 business days in transit depending upon the destination. The customer is responsible for any custom fees that are incurred on all orders. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOM FEES/VAT TAXES APPLICABLE FOR THEIR PURCHASE.
Return Policy
Every single item that we send out is inspected before we ship it. In the event that your item is damaged from the shipping process, make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item will be returned at the cost of the buyer and we will replace your purchase. Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving item and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There will be no refund on items that have been altered by special requests- ring sizing, length adjustment, special orders, etc. All items that are being returned, must be in their original unworn condition and include any accessories included at time of purchase. Please ensure that signature confirmation is required for all items returned. We will not take ownership of items lost if there is no signature confirmation.
