Comes with all inserts including English lyric booklet, fold-out inlay with Japanese liner notes, and obi strip.

Obi strip is in excellent condition (there is a tab dent in the lower right, otherwise fine, not faded).

No punch holes, saw cut-outs, drill holes etc.

Mint - Near Mint - Excellent - Very Good - Good - Poor.
