Shipping

We usually ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Most U.S. Domestic orders are shipped through FEDEX Home Delivery (1-5 business days)
  • U.S. P.O. Box/APO/DPO/FPO are all shipped though USPS and may take up to 3-10 business days to arrive.

Returns

Policy

You have our word that we will do everything that we can to make sure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise for any reason, please call us at 1-800-977-7433 or send us a message to obtain authorization for a full refund or exchange. Please request this refund or exchange within the time frame given on your order.

For all U.S. return requests made within the return window, our Customer Service Team will send you a prepaid return label via email and ask that you ship your item(s) back to us at no additional cost to you. We will take appropriate action via refund or replacement immediately upon receipt.

International Returns

Our international policy varies slightly due to the high cost of global shipping. Thus, for all international orders, we can only honor full refund/exchange requests that result from an error on our part. However, we remain committed to ensuring all customers are ultimately satisfied. Please note that not all international locations permit prepaid labels. In this case, eLuxury Supply will refund any shipping costs that the customer is forced to pay to return products in the case of a mistake or misship made by our company. In cases of accidental orders made by the customer or customer errors during the initial ordering process resulting in an incorrect order, eLuxury Supply will not be responsible for the cost of return shipment. But, we will process the return for a refund or exchange when received if it is within the 30 Day window as listed above. (Shipping times not included in this 30 day period)
