We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, buyer must provide a
physical address when ordering. We are not liable for delays if a P.O.

the shipping charges to resend the product.
We do not ship to P.O. Box, APOs, FPOs, or Military Mail Box.
Return Exchange Policy:
Please
contact us for all returns (replacement or refund) to obtain a RMA
number. A returned item without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Customer
is responsible for any shipping cost to return the item or exchange. If
the item originally shipped is incorrect, it is bidder's responsibility
to check the item immediately and report the problem to us and we will
open a return ticket. If the correct part is not in stock we will
refund the total payment amount, if all parts are returned in the
original condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 business days
of the delivered package date. All returns must be in its original
packing and must not be installed or used. A 15% restocking fee as well
as the amount we paid for shipping will be charged.
Customers
are responsible for the return shipping cost. This policy allows us to
provide the most affordable price for the products. We do consider
giving our customers pre-paid shipping label for returned item ONLY if
customers contact us before returning the product and let us resolve
the problem.
Refund
is only issued when item is returned in original condition. If
customers purchase the product by mistake, refund is object to 15%
restocking fee.
