Mossman trunks have been hand built in Great Britain since around
1938. By using the same methods of
construction for over the past seventy years,
Mossman remain the no. 1 choice for vintage luggage and traditional

Despatch times.
When you have paid for

Collections.
You may collect your
goods from our premises Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 5pm. Saturday or Sunday collections may be
available subject to arrangement.

Tracking your parcel deliveries.
You will be updated by our carrier (DPD) via
email when your goods have been dispatched from our factory. You will also
receive an email on the day of delivery, giving you a one hour time window on the
majority of deliveries. If you supply
us with a mobile number , you can receive the delivery information by text as
well as email. Making it simple for you to track your delivery or reschedule
your delivery to an alternative day.

Claims and returns policy.
Claims
for short delivery must be queried with the couriers at the time of delivery
and must be signed for short delivered before any claim can be raised with 5
Star Cases Ltd.
Any
claims for any faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of
receipt of goods.
Any
claims for genuine faults or short delivery will be dealt with urgently and the
majority of the time a replacement will be sent and we would arrange collection
of any faulty goods at no cost to you (the buyer).
Returns
for purchases made in error are accepted subject to prior agreement. If you have purchased a product in error and
wish to return it, please call us on 0845 5000 555 or raise a return request
through eBay. Used good's may not be
returned. You (the buyer) would be
responsible for the return, including costs, of the goods. Any refund will not include any deliveries
charges paid.
