Most items are shipped within one business day unless otherwise stated in the listing. We normally use USPS to ship, but occassionally will use UPS, if stated in the listing. Please be sure to have a street address on these items (UPS) for delivery-not a PO box. Delivery confirmation (tracking) will be emailed to you when we ship your package. Delivery Confirmation is not always traceable from the beginning. It is a confirmation of delivery, and will show up as "delivered" when the mail carrier scans the package for delivery. If you need expedited delivery-please email us, and we will adjust the shipping to suit your needs. Tracking is not available on International packages going First Class International Mail. Custom fees are different in all countries, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email with any questions.

All items listed are described to the best of our knowledge. If we misrepresented an item-it was by accident. We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days only. S/H is not refundable. Customer is responsible for the return postage on any item returned. We pack our items well. Thank you!
