We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal and cannot update an address once the order is placed.

We dispatch all goods within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). 99% of all orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day. Express orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

All our items are in stock at our UK based warehouse. We provide a range of shipping services provided by Royal Mail and Courier Delivery by DPD.
Items sent via Royal Mail will be sent via the service chosen at Checkout. Tracked and Tracked Next Day may require a signature, however, we are unable to supply the delivery company with “safe place” or additional delivery information.

When choosing “Other 24 Hour Courier” your order will be sent by DPD and you will be contacted on the morning of the delivery with a 1-hour delivery window. 

Please supply your Mobile number in Checkout so that you may be contacted. Please note DPD (Other 24 Hour Courier) only deliver Monday to Friday.

We are happy to deliver to residential or work addresses.  We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Packstations.

* When ordering to mainland UK all additional items ordered at the same time will be eligible for either free or reduced shipping.

Please place all items in your eBay basket to see the reduction. If the reduction is not shown please continue with your purchase and contact us for a refund of the additional amount.

In the unlikely event that goods are received faulty, incorrect or have developed a fault during a short period of time please contact us before sending them back.

We do not offer refunds on used or worn items.
