We aim to ship within 24 hours or receiving your order on working days. Our office hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, exluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. Orders that are received before 13.00 are are shipped the same day where possible.

For exchanges: please email us and confirm the the exchange item you require is in stock For refunds: we can only refund you the cost of the item, the postage to send it back and the Postage and Packaging paid are non-refundable For all returns - please include your Ebay Username and a copy or your delivery note.

All returns and exchanges must be returned in "new" condition so that they can be put up for re-sale. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags and labels.

Postage costs to return items to us for exchange or refund are non-refundable. We aim to process exchange or refunds within 3 working days from the day the item was received by us.
