Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item back to us within 30 days after receiving your order.
Smartags will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date; otherwise the return will not be honored. In order to return the items simply ship it back to the address you have on the invoice. Please include order or item number and your ebay id.
