Please note – Any parts listed on eBay may be removed at any time as they are for sale from our garage.  Once bought they will be removed from sale.

Used Car Parts  -   All of our car parts are in used condition. All items are checked and tested where possible. Anything deemed to be more than average wear will be included in the listing. If you are unsure please contact us.

Used Car Panels  -  Please expect minor marks and scratches when purchasing used car panels, any defects  deemed more than average wear will be described in the listing. Most of our car panels are for collection only. This is due to high postal costs due to the size and weight. Also couriers will not insure for panels during shipping. We are happy to post in some circumstances, but the risk of any damage will be down to the buyer, we will do our best to package panels up to minimise any damage.

Feedback  -  Feedback is very important to us. If you are unhappy with any of our parts or service, please contact us first if you have any issues before leaving negative feedback, most problems can be resolved and we are always happy to help.

Please leave feedback once you have received your item  as I then know that the part has arrived safely and you are happy with it. I will follow up with return feedback straight away.

Photographs  -  Extra photographs can be supplied upon request for most items. Please send your return email address when asking for extra photographs.

Postage  -  All items are sent recorded delivery, either by Royal Mail or a courier service normally UPS. All items will require a signature. Proof of postage is always kept. Postage prices are for UK Mainland Only. Please contact us for postage prices to the Highlands and Islands.

Collection is welcome on all items. We are located close to Leicester City Centre

We do ship most items overseas, please contact us first before bidding, we will be happy to give you a quotation.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, proof of postage is always kept. If a problem arises we will do our best to help rectify the situation.

Returns  -  All of our items are tried and tested where possible. They are also I.D stamped. Returns bought by error can be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Postage costs cannot be refunded, return postage will be down to the buyer.
