Please contact us as soon as you receive an item if you need an exchange or a refund. All returns must be received within 14 days of buyer receiving the items. Any returns or exchanges after 14 days will be refused.

In case of a return, we will refund the amount paid - to your PayPal account - minus a 20% restocking fee & minus the original shipping cost (even if purchased as "free shipping"). Client is also responsible for return shipping cost. As a courtesy, if you decide to do an exchange we will not charge the restocking fee. Buyer pays for shipping both ways When returning an item, simply send the item back to the return address located on the package. Clothing products can only be returned if they are still in brand new condition like when they were shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to exchange the Item from the time we receive it back.
