Warranty From Watchuwant
90 Day Service Warranty: We warranty all watches for 90 days from date of purchase for any mechanical defect arising as a result of normal wear and tear. For any service issues, call us and we'll issue return authorization and arrange return shipping to us 1-800-243-2397.
Shipping Policy
US Buyers: All items are shipped by FedEx Overnight delivery with Adult (Over 21) Signature Required and insured for full purchase price against theft, damage, or loss while in transit. We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All items are packaged discretely and without declared value. Due to the nature of our items, all items are and will be covered by full third party insurance in the event of loss/theft.
International Shipping: In order to make sure that you receive the best international shipping service available, we will be shipping your watch and boxes/papers in two separate packages. The first will be the watch by itself followed a couple of days later by the boxes/certs, etc. We ship all watches by FedEx priority shipping; insured for full purchase price through our private insurance carrier. The 1st package (watch) is shipped described as "Precision Instrument used for Measurement." The 2nd package (boxes/papers) is shipped once confirmation of the first package is delivered. Most watches are received by our overseas customers in 1-3 business days (typical delivery times). Our insurance company mandates that we ship watches for security purposes and in two separate packages. Just to emphasize, all watches are shipped insured for full purchase price through a private 3rd party insurance company that specializes in insuring watches in transit and for international shipment. The charge for international shipping covers both packages and full insurance.
Fraud Protection
It is our goal to protect our clients and our company from all forms of fraud. In order to ensure security for all parties, we may take the following measures:
- Request feedback from a bidder with fewer than ten feedback records prior to the current transaction.
- We may require bidders to provide references from vendors with whom they have done business in the luxury space.

Returns
1) watchuwant must be notified of the return within 72 hours of your receipt of the item.
2) The returned item must be in the same condition as shipped by watchuwant.
3) The buyer will pay return shipping, customs/tax, and insurance costs.
Auction and Payment Procedures
