For UK and International customers the following delivery options are available at checkout:- Royal
Mail First Class Delivery (We will dispatch items before you buy 1pm same working day. Estimated in 1-2 days, excluding Sunday)
- Royal
Mail Second Class Delivery (We will dispatch items before you buy 1pm same working day. Estimated in 2-3 days, excluding Sunday)
- UK Next Day Delivery (Next Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched via Next Day Delivery the following day excluding Sunday)
- Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery The estimated delivery times are: Europe (3-5 business days),
USA/Australia (5-7 business days), and Rest of World (7-10 business
days)
- All of the items we sell is guaranteed to be authentic. When you buy from Dress Me Wise, you know that you are buying authentic items.
- All of our items originate from registered factories or wholesaler with invoices of authenticity from the respective manufacturer.
- If you are not happy with a purchase you have 14 Days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchasing so please avoid disappointment and return your item on time.
- Any items returned must be received back in their
original condition – this means they must be returned with original packaging, if with tags attached, unworn, undamaged, free of
makeup, fake tan, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume etc..
- In order for you to return the unworn item our attached specialy designed Red Security Tag must remain intact, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
- We aim to process returns within 5 working days of
receipt after which a return notification message will be sent to you
through the eBay message system.
- We cannot be held responsible for any returns that
do not reach us and as such we always recommend you use a recorded
postal service.
- If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order, please contact us with details of the error.
- Buyer
pays return postage and then once item has been received you will be
fully refunded including the postage fee you have paid when you
purchased the item.
- Please leave a note inside the your returning parcel with your full name, eBay id (nick name) and your request,
if these information is not included, it will delay completing your
refund, in some cases items may go missing.
- Please contact us before returning your item.
- International customers only! We charge to post exchange size back to you. therefore please bear in mind youll need to pay for this. Also if you are returning an item for a refund, we only refund back the item cost, postage is non refundable.
- Exchanges are FREE of charge within the UK.
