All of our goods are shipped Australia Post Parcel Post With Tracking and Signature. Parcel Post With Tracking and Signature gives you proof of posting; your parcel will be allocated a unique identification number allowing you to track your parcel online at Australia Post; and a signature is required on delivery. Please note that Parcel Post Plus goods will not be left if there is nobody available to collect the delivery. A card will be left in your mailbox and pickup will need to be arranged from your local post office.

Postage and handling cost is free for all items posted for delivery in Australia.

You may return unworn and unused merchandise purchased from Bette Noire within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is sent back in its original condition and packaging. Any additional postage from your home address to us will be at your own expense.

We will also exchange any item, or give you a full refund, if your item is damaged or defective if sent back within 30 days of purchase.  We will refund the postage cost of any returned damaged or defective item.
