All of our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Full VAT invoices are supplied for your records.
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal.  You can also pay via Debit/Credit card via the PayPal website. 
Prices listed are our best possible prices and further discounts are not possible. Please purchase via eBay. We are always available to answer questions either through eBay messages or directly however we will not offer cheaper prices directly.
We do not accept cash on collection and it is not possible to pay the delivery driver.

All goods must be returned to us in an unused condition in the original packaging.
We always sell excellent quality items and we are always available prior to order, answer any questions you may have. However we understand that on occasions returns are necessary.
If you wish to return an unused item to us we request that you contact us within 7 days of receipt to advise us of your wish to return. We will then authorise return and issue a returns number.
Upon receipt of return we will advise safe arrival, check and restock items and then refund your original purchase costs including original delivery costs within 30 day period.

Any damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Any claims for damage beyond the 24 hour deadline cannot be accepted as our insurance will be void. We will normally require photographic evidence to assist our claim. If your parcel has visible damage, please do not sign and accept, the courier will contact us. Please provide details via eBay messages.

We will replace or repair the faulty item or refund the Cost of the Item & Original postage.

We cannot arrange collection from you however you can return items back using Hermes drop shop.
