Condition = EXCELLENT / VERY GOOD / GOOD / AVERAGE/ POOR
Hinges - Very good but yearbook tilts slightly when flat.
Spine - Good - Slight bowing.
Creases/folds - None.
Writing - 'Best wishes, annotation in ink to inside front cover (see photo #8 ).
Tears/rips - Small front cover top left corner border area of surface paper loss (see photo #5).
Marks/stains - Odd, slight cover / spine edge mark (see photo #1) - Generally very clean.
