All International postage is by Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed For and will take approximately 3-10 working days depending on your country. International deliveries may require a signature on delivery and tracking information will be sent to you via Ebay messages. All Import duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns Policy
This is a Brand New item and is sold in its original packaging (with tags where applicable). You may return the item, unworn, in its original undamaged packaging complete with tags and labels within 30 days of purchase date. Please send us an Ebay message to begin returns procedure and we will reply with how to proceed.
Postage will only be refunded by us if the item is incorrect or faulty. We recommend that you open the packaging carefully and do not try the garment on whilst wearing perfume/aftershave, make-up etc. Please take care when re-packaging the garment for return postage to ensure it is returned as it was delivered. We also advise that you use a recorded/tracked delivery service that offers you insurance against damage or loss. These terms do not affect your Statutory Rights.
