The award-winning Estilo Clothing was established in 1992 and has gone from strength-strength over the past 18-years.

Estilo Clothing is a large independent brand retailer and has three branches - two in Birmingham and one in Wolverhampton. For the past four consecutive years, we have the title of best independent retailer of the year. We also won best visual shop in 2008 and 2009.

Estilo Clothing initially launched selling formal clothing, footwear and accessories for men. This includes brands such as Guide London, French Connection, Claudio Lugli, RNT, Gucinari and Giovanni.

We have recently expanded to include a casual clothing and accessory range from well-known brands such as Henleys, Firetrap, Superdry, Bench, Duck & cover, Ringspun, Voi, Lambretta, and Police jeans.

Delivery

We know that you expect a prompt and fast delivery of your ordered goods and so we have made that our NUMBER ONE priority at Estilo Clothing. For your convenience you can have the ordered items delivered direct to your home, office or place of work. We ensure that all orders are processed, picked and dispatched the same day for our DELIVERY throughout the UK mainland.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - Only £6.99 inc vat (Monday to Friday)

For a small charge of only £5.99 (inc Vat) you can have the option of a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery on all orders placed before 3pm. If you are not at home to take delivery you will be carded and given the option to collect the parcel from your local sorting office.

AM / Saturday Delivery - Only £9.99 inc vat

For a small charge of only £9.99 (inc Vat) you can have the option of a Guaranteed Next Day Morning Delivery (up to 1pm) on all orders placed before 3pm. Our research shows that many customers want the convenience of a Saturday Delivery without having to pay the extortionate rates charged by most online retailers. So for a small charge of only £9.99(inc Vat) we are able to guarantee you a Next Saturday Delivery option on all orders placed by the latest 3pm on Friday.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability.

Returns & Refunds

We know that occasionally you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions on how to do so.Please notice: for your convenience we have now increased your approval period time from 7 days to 14 days.

Step 1

Please email us ebay@estiloclothing.co.ukfor a returns form.

Step 2

Complete the Returns Form that we email yourself, including the reasons why you are returning the product to us. If you have more than one item, please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note or invoice. Then post it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please notice: If you are returning an item from Ireland please contact our Customer Services Team on +44(0) 0845 034 3398 or alternatively email us and we will advise you how to return an item to us.

Step 3

If you would like an exchange for your product or a different size please put these details into the notes section. If we do have stock we will send this by return. If no stock is available we will refund you returned items to your PayPal account. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods

Returning by post:

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.

How do I pay?

We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the easiest, quickest and most secure way to pay for your order. We are unable to accept Givex cards, cheques, postal orders, credit cards or bank transfers. When will I be charged?

Payment will immediately be charged to your PayPal account. Will I receive confirmation of my order? Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will provide full details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation that we have received your payment from PayPal.
