If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

    Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Items arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch. You receive a tracking reference in your dispatch email.

    DPD Courier- Items arrive hours after dispatch. You receive a tracking referece in your dispatch email.

    Special Delivery is available upon request for guaranteed delivery before 1pm the day after dispatch

    DPD does not provide a service to the following postcodes

    We recommend all items are sent back using tracked post. If an item is lost we will then be able to track it. Should an item get lost in transit without a tracking reference it is the customer’s responsibility to follow that up.

    Customers should always fill in the invoice when returning items back. Your return may be delayed if you do not provide the information required. It also contains all the instructions to send your item back.

    You will be required to pay the cost of returning items and the postage cost of an exchange unless the item is damaged or we made an error. Exchange costs are the same as the standard postage cost outlined above. Refunds are done 24 to 48 hours after receipt of an item.
