Postage & Packing

We usually dispatch items within 2 working days.

We pay a lot of attention to ensuring that your purchase will reach you in the best condition. All larger items are bubble-wrapped and then packed in sturdy outer boxes. Smaller items are sent in a smaller box or a good quality padded postal bag.

We have over 10 years experience of shipping high quality toys, games and models worldwide. We use the same packaging materials, whether your item is being delivered to the United Kingdom or worldwide, so you can be sure your item will be adequately protected while in transit.

If you are purchasing more than one item, we are happy to send in one package and reduce postage costs where possible.

We usually offer a 'Recorded Delivery' option on our invoice, and we always recommend opting for this as it makes the package easier to track.

While it is very unusual for packages to go astray or get damaged, it is possible. In such circumstances, it is the responsibility of the buyer to make a claim for compensation but we always obtain 'Proof of Posting' certificates and are happy to provide copies of these and any other relevant paperwork, and to assist with any claim.

We use only high quality packaging materials and many of these have to be bought in. We do not look to make a profit from delivery charges but, as a responsible business, we have to cover the cost of these materials, so please bear this in mind when rating our service.

International Shipping

We can deliver most items worldwide. All items are sent by courier or Royal Mail 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For', so will require a signature on delivery. Please see item description for prices. We ensure that all packages are correctly addressed and have the relevant Customs labels attached.

PLEASE NOTE - If you are bidding or buying from outside the UK, it is the responsibility of any potential bidder/ buyer to check whether the item will be liable for any local taxes or import duties. Payment of any local taxes or import duties is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We aim to provide detailed descriptions and good quality photographs for every item we sell. With original vintage items, we also always mention known defects and imperfections. We are always happy to answer any questions and provide additional pictures, if required.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please ensure that you contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve the problem . However, we are prepared to supply unlimited photographs prior to purchase, so we cannot accept a return unless the item is faulty or not as described.
