This item is brand new, in the unopened plastic packaging. The packaging does have some minor exterior plastic scrapes due to storage and transit. Packaging is not perfect.
This item has some flaws/defects from the manufacturer-- there is a sticker over the front of the package where the name of the car is "Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII"-- I believe there was an error with the printing of the name of the car underneath the sticker. The sticker is peeling up on the right corner edge-- see photos. The back of the package has some stickers to cover parts of the packaging on the back-- a black strip near the bottom, an orange sticker that says "Mitsubishi Motors", a black sticker covering a car name, and a black sticker correcting a car name-- "Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII". These defects are rare from the manufacturer at the time when these car models were new.
