ORDERING IS EASY WITH KAT'S CANDLE CO.
1. Choose a base (outside) color for your candle set... white or ivory.

2. Choose a color for the inside of your candle - primary, pastel or custom colors welcome!
Your color choice can be SOLID (see RED example) or a STRIPE (see PURPLE and BLACK stripe example) 
(sorry, no metallic or neon colors)

3. Personalization: Max. 2 lines, 20 characters/spaces per line for the center candle.
Your joined last name can be added to the carved tapers, by request!

EACH CANDLE IS HAND-MADE FROM RAW WICK AND RAW WAX. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CHEAP SHORTCUTS.

(beware of other "carvers" selling cheap candle sticks only dipped and carved halfway!)

NOTE: The center candle is designed to be refillable. By following the simple instructions we provide,
your candle will hollow out in the center and glow through the sides.
Once it has hollowed out a bit, you can place a small tealite candle in the middle if you wish.
Or continue burning you candle down through the center year after year!

The countdown to your wedding day is a constant consideration in your decision making, and we understand that. So here's our promise: *** If your deadline is less than 6 weeks from the date the auction ends and ordering details and payment are completed (see next section on emails), we will ship your candles to you within 2 weeks of finalization. *** If your deadline is more than 6 weeks from the date the auction ends and ordering details and payment are completed (see next section on emails), we will ship your candles to you within 3 weeks of finalization. *** If your deadline is more than 6 months from the date the auction ends and ordering details and payment are completed (see next section on emails), we will ship your candles to you within 4-6 weeks of finalization. IF THIS TIMELINE IS A CONCERN, PLEASE EMAIL US! We offer an EXPRESS SERVICE upgrade for $10 - this must be arranged IN ADVANCE. We email frequently! Unlike some eBay sellers whose businesses allow them to check and reply to emails on a weekly basis, we are in a business where frequent emailing is VITAL. Every customer is purchasing a UNIQUE, HANDMADE item. To ensure that every order is EXACTLY what our customers want, we email a LOT! We will NOT proceed with creating your candle set until we have all of the details we need from you. Often this can be completed in the first email exchange, sometimes it takes a few messages back and forth for clarification. If you have a "spam filter", you will need to check it OFTEN for correspondence from us. Shipping & handling info: To ensure that your order arrives safely, we take into consideration more than just how cheaply we can get it delivered. Variations in temperature can adversely affect your candles. We do not use generic packing material for all orders, nor do we ship on the same day each week. Depending on weather conditions and the part of the country you live in, we ship to ensure safe arrival without the package being in a storage facility somewhere for, say, a long Holiday weekend. With over 12 years experience, you can count on us to make the right shipping decisions. Candle sizes stated are approximate. Each candle is a unique piece, and no two are exactly alike. Slight design variations and differences are the nature of a handmade product, and are to be expected. However, we guarantee every candle to be of superior quality.
