Currently, we only accept Paypal as the payment method.

• Royal mail 2nd class within the UK unless specifically descried, however, most item have 1st class option when go though checkout.
• All the estamited delivery time is made by eBay system, not us. We do NOT guarantee the delivery time, unless a special delivery postage has been paid.
• International postage we will use International small packet or International singed for service according to the order, please allow 15-31 days to deliver.
• We do combine postage for more than 1 item purchased; if you purchase more than 1 items please send us a request to combine postage and do not pay until you receive a combined invoice.
• We post items everyday, all orders placed and paid will before 12PM will be posted same day. Normally, we do not post on weekends, but occasionally, we post on Saturday.

• We offer 14 days return policy. 14 days counts from the date you receive the product (not the date you start using the product)
• If you changed your minds after receiving product, please file a return request and post item back, we will refund you the item cost only (deduct postage we have paid, for free postage items we will also deduct the postage according to item's weight)
• If item is faulty or wrong item received, please contact us first before leaving any feedback or sending back. Most cases we will reply your message within 24 hours.
• If return has been agreed please write a note with your ebayID, name, address, reason for return and request (exchange or refund), we will deal with your return accordingly.
• We will also reimburse the return postage if item you receive is faulty or wrong item received, however, we only reimburse the postage we've paid at first place. (for example, we post your item and it cost us £1, if item is faulty or wrong item received, you want an exchange, when we receive the returned item, we will only reimburse you £1 postage, no matter which service you've used)
• All returned items must have their original packing, we reserve the rights to charge 20% re-stocking fee.

If you didn't choose signed-for service, we have to do a scam check first before we offer any compensation.

Based on the research, most of claims of losts are just delayed or scams. Once you are sure it's lost, we will conduct an investigation for sacmming check. We will call eBay and contact 20 of your previous sellers to check if this happened quite frequently or not. If it never happened before, we will contact the carrier to find out where the item is. If you made claims of lost to some sellers, eBay will inform us to not offer refund and ebay will investigate your behaviour accordingly. Please be ware of that we will NOT offer refund just because you say you haven't received the item. If you make your feedback private, we won't be able to offer any compensation.
