Please note, Diamond Vision including White Vision, they are still halogens, they are still producing YELLOW lights. The special coating on the globes will make their visual effects a little blue/white. Generally speaking, 4100K White Visions is 20% more white than original halogens, and 5000K Diamond Visions is 40% more white than original halogens. A 6000K Xenon HID is 80% more white than the original halogen. Please refer to the below color temperature chart for your reference. The real white visual effect headlights you may see on the road, they are either LEDs or HIDs, they are NOT halogens, please consider before your purchase.
Light colour is defined in the ADRs(The Australian Design Rules) in terms of chromaticity co-ordinates, refer to the chart below, while bulb manufacturers typically specify colour in terms of the Kelvin scale, there is no direct comparison. It isn't stated on Philips Australian official website if the diamond vision is ADR compliant and are legal for public road use. But they DO state the ECE marking is N/A.
