Installation instructions:
Remove the oiginal CPU, clean the dust on the cooling fan and the heat sink. clear the silicone grease. Especially the hard silicone grease, should be thoroughly cleaned, it is very important.
Put into our cpu with the right direction. Daub on thinnish silicone grease. Not too much, just fill in the gap between the top of the cpu and the heat sink.
Reinstall the heat sink, use your finger slightly press the heat sink, up, down, left, right, move it slightly to keep the silicone grease evenly dispersed and eliminating the air inside. Then fix the screw, according to the sequence on the set screws of heat sink one by one. Each time rotate several circles and don't rotate to the bottom. In this way, fix all the screws in a little loose condition. The last time fix all of the screws to the bottom. Then the installation is ok.
