RETURNS

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery (see Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions). If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. Returns or exchanges are not allowed after 30 days of delivery. If the product is partially defective a photo must be sent to us via ebay email and a partial refund may be issued. Usually no restocking fee will be charged for returns unless stated in returns policy on item. Please contact us to initiate a return.
