Unlike many other eBay sellers, all of our items are covered by at least a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated) giving you complete peace of mind when purchasing from us.

Please only bid or buy if you have the means to pay. We will open unpaid item disputes in such situations in order to recover our fees. If you have a problem please get in touch via the Contact Seller link to talk to us, we will always do our utmost to help. Feedback will be left following all transactions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your transaction, please get in touch before leaving feedback, as we will always resolve any problems.

Please note that your order may be delayed or even cancelled if security checks on your payment do not match. We also reserve the right to request an additional shipping charge, should shipping be required to a location that attracts a shipping surcharge from our couriers. You will be contacted via email in the event of any problem. Where possible, please also leave a telephone number.

Shipping

We use either Royal Mail or a courier service to deliver your items, depending on the size, weight and value of your order. All deliveries via courier will require a signature. If you are not in when the delivery driver calls, a card will be left with details on how you can arrange another delivery at a more convenient time, or, if you would prefer, collect from the courier company’s office (for courier deliveries). if you provide a mobile number and email address with your order, then the courier will send you a text and/or email witha timed delivery slot for your shipment.

We offer free delivery throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland on many of our products. Please note - this may vary for non-mainland UK addresses. Please contact us if you live in the highlands, islands or ourside the UK and we can provide you with a quote for delivery.

All our products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product undamaged for a full refund. If a fault is found with any of our products we will pay for the courier to collect and return it at no cost to you. Please note that the additional warranty that is being offered under the "Buy Now" button has been added by eBay, and has nothing to do with ac-dc-tv. All of our items come with a one year full manufacturer’s warranty as standard (three years when stated), and this is included free of charge in the sale price. We would like to highlight that ac-dc-tv are not associated with Square Trade or eBay as a warranty company in any way. Please shop with confidence knowing your new item comes with a full warranty free of charge.
