Here we have a Century No. 1 Whole Plate 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 with a 5x8 Double Anastigmat f6.8 lens the lens says "Alfred Koehler New York" it's in a Volute shutter doesn't seem to be working but it might only need a CLA done on the shutter and clean up the glass. "Being Sold As Is" 

It needs a new ground glass and handle 

It does not come with any film holders but should be found on eBay
