• Paypal, Visa, and MasterCard are the accepted forms of payment. Please use the eBay checkout system when paying for your order. 

Immediate payment is required for all orders.

• Please make payment arrangements within 2 days of the end of the auction.  If payment is not received within 5 days of the end of auction, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed, and the item will again be offered for sale.  All non-paying bidders will be blocked from bidding on our auctions.

• Domestic: Most of our orders are shipped same day if paid for by 3pm CST Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekend.  We do combine parcel, if you purchase multiple items. We using UPS, USPS, or FedEx at our discretion.

LOCAL PICK UPS ONLY FOR HEAVY ITEMS ARE WELCOME. 

• Free Shipping Items:  Only items within the 48 contiguous United States are included for items with free shipping, if you are a customer ordering to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico and other US islands please contact us for the correct shipping charges. Free shipping items  will be shipped Via Fedex or USPS  as cheapest shipping service. If you would like  to get an item fast, please let us know.  

• International: We use the USPS for  international orders.  Also we can use MEEST and Dnipro postal services. Please contact us and specify your location, we will revise  cost of the shipping.  Import & custom duties, VAT, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We do combine parcel, if you purchase multiple items.

• TERMS: All items are used unless otherwise specified. Buyer is responsible for independently confirming any physical or technical compatibility issues. Please email any questions prior to making a purchase, and we will answer them to the best of our ability. We guarantee that the item pictured is the exact item you will receive.
• WARRANTY: Most items we sell through eBay come with a 14 day warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.  If you have an issue with an item please contact us by e-mail within the warranty period. If the item was not as described in the listing we will replace it free of charge or refund your full purchase price. If you ordered the wrong item then original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for buying the correct item. Failure to do so will cause a 15% restocking fee.
• RETURNS: Give us a chance to show you our superior customer service by contacting us with any comments, concerns, or complaints prior to taking action with eBay. Please let me know right away that you have a problem and I will try my best to fix this problem or refund your money. To get a refund you must first send me back the item I sent you and then I will refund your money. I will always try to please the customer so please before you give a negative feedback contact me first. We do not accept returns from buyers outside of the United States. Returns items must be same conditions.
• PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY SHOULD YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THESE ITEMS. REFUNDS WILL BE ASSESSED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
