In June 2017, Jackie’s Cake Kitchen handed the keys to Quality Cake Company, who intend to carry on making great celebration cakes and selling sugarcraft supplies.
We provide tools, equipment and support to other bakers from our cake decorating equipment and party ware shop in Tamworth. We offer a friendly service and believe our customers are our strength, we aspire to give a top quality service and will always endeavour to help you where we can.
We extend this same service to our eBay store, where we are more than happy to answer questions about the items we sell or the cakes you are making. Send us a message and we will aim to help.
We aim to dispatch within 2 - 3 working days of your order and our standard delivery is Royal Mail first class postage, but we also send via Hermes for larger items.
Delivery options are available on all items so select this when you check out. If the option is not available, please contact us and we will arrange your desired postage.
We also offer collection from our Tamworth store.
All our edible items will only be exchanged or refunded if the packaging is intact.
Boards and boxes, unfortunately, cannot be refunded so we do ask that the correct sizes are ordered.
All other items have a seven-day return policy, unfortunately, we do not pay postage for returns.
