  • If you pay for your orders before 2.00pm they will be dispatched the same day.

    RETURNS

                   

    You have 7 days from the dispatch of your order to return any item to us. If your item is: TOO SMALL, DOESN'T FIT, YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND OR YOU SIMPLY DON'T LIKE IT you must return it in its original condition, including packaging and it needs to be definitely smoke, perfume free for a refund to be processed. Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund the item cost minus P&P charges. You also pay for all returning costs. DAMAGED, WRONG SIZE,COLOUR SENT we will refund the item cost or replace it and pay return and delivery postage charges .   To return an item you must use the EBAY returns request system using your eBay account. Once we have accepted your return request you can then send your item back to us. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.
