If a delivery is unsuccessful the item would then be returned to us. In order for us to re-send your item back to you we would require another payment for re-posting. 

We also charge a 10% re-stocking fee for any items which are returned to us due to buyers who refuse or fail to collect the item from their local depot.

Returns

We completely understand that there are times when things don't fit or look as you had hoped, that's why you have 14 days to decide whether you want to return the item/s or exchange. 

We do not refund any postage or delivery costs.

You have 14 days of receipt to send the item back to us. 

All items must be sent back to us in the same sell-able condition that they were sent to you. This includes; the box, stickers, tags, paper packaging, laces and any additional documents enclosed.

Any items that have not been sent back as instructed and have been worn, misused or tampered with, will not be refunded and be sent back to you.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receiving your item.

We are not liable for any losses, i.e. the loss of your parcel. So please ensure you are able to obtain a tracking number and not a proof of posting receipt.

All returns are to be posted back to us.
