  • Should you have any problems with the boots contact me within 14 days upon receipt and I won't entertain any request thereafter. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new/unworn condition. Even if boots are worn only once we will not offer any returns. This is non negotiable.
  • Please note that my products are authentic from UGG distributor. If you have any doubt about authenticity, please do not buy or bid on the items. I will not spend time argue in the email from a picky customer telling me that my product is not authentic after winning the item.
