This is a Sesame Street "Ernie Tricycle" Toy.  He is 7 1/2" tall, and 8" long.

Pull out the rubber duck and the back tires spin around making it roll across the floor.

He works great, and is in very good played with condition. He has a few paint scuffs.  Comes from a smoke free home.
