I cannot guarantee that the color of the item you receive will exactly match the color of the item pictured on your screen, as monitors may be tuned differently, varying room lighting can affect color perception, and some colors are very hard to accurately photograph.
Not every item will fit every doll. Doll feet and doll bodies vary in size and shape, even for the "same" doll. I make a good faith effort to identify what dolls an item fits. I'm right the vast majority of the time, but I can't be responsible for variations in shape or size made by the manufacturer. I happily take returns but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping if the problem is a fit issue. (This is particularly true for SKIPPER and friends, and dolls with hard plastic feet, but this issue is not limited to these dolls.)
International customers: I love my international customers and I am more than happy to ship (almost) anywhere. However, please note that I will not falsify customs information. I will not alter the value of an order or mark an item as a "gift." Doing so is against the law, and also against eBay policy. You are responsible for customs fees, VAT, and any other fees associated with the importation of your order, and, in addition, you may need to go to your local post office or customs office to pick up your order, depending on your country's procedures.
