Silicone Using Method

  • Put the prototype to the box and glue the bottom.
  • Silicone rubber is very flowing. We recommend gluing all corners and gaps of the box.
  • Lubricate the box and prototype with release agent if it is necessary.
  • Take out silicone rubber from the container and mix with catalyst. We recommend  to use only 20-25gram - 1kg silicone rubber, then silicone rubber will curdle for longer time and the air bubbles will have eliminate naturally.
  • Pour silicone rubber to  the box after mixing with catalyst.
  • We recommend to leave a mold for minimum 24 hours in the temperature (20-24C) after work completed for vulcanization.
  • You can dismantle prototype easily after 24 hours and make new duplicates.
