Knomo London - Soho Leather Mag:Case and Magnetic Mount

From the all new Knomo Mag:Case is an open face leather shell with an in-built metal plate, designed for use with the accompanying signature Knomo Mag:Mount. Stick the Mag:Mount to any clean, flat surface in the office, car, kitchen etc, and use your iPhone hands free. The Mag:Case is made from a rubberised polycarbonate shell with a genuine leather inlay over a thin steel plate, all protecting your iPhone from small bumps or knocks.

High-grade polycarbonate molded case complete with soft leather inlay on the back, covering steel metal plate - to attach magnetically to rubberised plastic Mag:Mount. There’s a light steel plate inside the open faced shell Mag:Case that magnetically attaches to the included Mag:Mount. Place the Mag:Mount in your chosen position – the kitchen, bathroom, office or car dashboard – then magnetically attach your iPhone and use hands free.

Shipping information:

We're operating Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, except Bank Holidays in England. We're aiming same working day dispatch if the payment is cleared before 3pm.
Our standard delivery method for high value or large items is tracked next business day delivery by UK Mail to England, Wales, Scotland (except Highlands). To Highlands, Scottish isles, Man, Wight, Ch Islands, NI we might use Royal Mail 1st Class (usually 2 working days).
All small items under £50 are sent via Royal Mail First Class. 

Apple Warranty

Apple applies "assumed sale date" (60 days after the item left Apple Distribution) for unregistered products. Outlet items, despite being sealed and unused, might have been shipped by Apple a long time ago. As such they may come up as Out of Warranty during registration.
You should register your product online at first activation or contact Apple Care. Download and save the Order Details from your eBay/Paypal transaction, and email it Apple Care Support as proof of purchase if needed, to be able to verify your sale date with Apple. We are an Authorised Apple Premium Reseller so your warranty starts on the day you've purchased the item from us.
Please note: This only applies to sealed new items. Used Apple products, such as ex-demo units don't carry any Apple Warranty, unless otherwise specified in the listing description.

Battery Information

Some items in our Outlet stock have been manufactured several years ago. During that time built in batteries depleted and may not have the original capacity that the manufacturer claims. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We accept no responsibility for battery capacity problems.

Leaving Feedback

Our business, just like any other on eBay, relies on your feedback. If you are unhappy with your purchased item or having any issues, including delayed delivery, during the transaction please let us know straight away via the Contact Seller page on your transaction.

Returns

Compu B operates an eBay-exclusive 30 day returns policy as follows:

· Items listed as "New" are sold with manufacturer's standard warranty.
· Items listed as "Used", "New Other" or "Seller Refurbished" are sold "as is" and without manufacturer warranty.
· Items sold via Auction are sold without any manufacturer's warranty and returns are not accepted.
· Further exclusions and terms listed below.

Items damaged in transit:

· We always package our items carefully and mark them as Fragile. But if you have received an item that is damaged in transit or seems tampered please refuse the delivery straight away. Alternatively please sign the delivery as Damaged. In any case, please notify us via eBay message within 1 day and provide details and photos if possible and we'll try to sort the problem out to your satisfaction. Please avoid opening a case at eBay at this stage.

Faulty items (only applies to items sold as "New"):

· Within 14 days of sale (Dead On Arrival): Free return for full refund or replacement at buyer's discretion.
· Beyond 14 days of sale: Buyer pays for return, item will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion. No refunds wil be issued.
· Alternatively you can contact the item's manufacturer or UK distributor for warranty arrangements.

We regret that the following products are excluded from Returns Policy:

· Headphones, hands-free kits, Bluetooth units with ear pieces, microphones and other products we are unable to refund for reasons of hygiene.
· Software that has been opened or the seal removed.
· Ink cartridges that have been opened or the seal removed.
· Laptops, tablets and LCD screens with less than 3 dead pixels within 1 month of purchase.
· Products damaged by viruses or other destructive programs downloaded or transferred to products by customers.
· Products containing software or content that is illicit or otherwise unauthorised by the software/copyright owner.
· Apple iPhone and Apple Watch.

Products must be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging (or in the same condition as sold).
Where products have been opened they will be accepted if returned with all the packaging, accessories and manuals but a 20% surcharge will apply to the refund price to reflect the reduced value of the goods. Return costs are not compensated or subsidised by the seller.
This does not apply to faulty products and does not affect your "statutory rights".
