Instructions For One Piece Silicone Mould For Designs With Fine Detail.

Ensure that the mould is cleaned with soapy water and dried thoroughly before use. Dust mould with cornflower. Mix equal quantities of flower paste and sugarpaste together and press this firmly into the mould. Use a palette knife to remove any excess paste, working from the centre to the outside of the mould. Place the filled mould into a plastic bag, seal and place into a freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm the paste and prevent distortion on removal from the silicone mould. Remove the bag from the freezer and mould from the plastic bag. Gently release finished shape from the mould by pushing it from the back. Dust to achieve required coloured effect. Attach to cake using food grade glue.
