The O'Neill Reactor Mens Life Vest is a new design for 2016, graphite with red accents and Oneill logos. This life jacket is US Coast Guard Approved with a nylon neoprene hybrid outer shell and closed cell marine foam inside. Closed marine foam is the foam used in boat buoys, and is superior to the cheap Styrofoam used in most nylon vests. These high grade materials give you a life jacket that light weight and does get soggy when wet. The outside shell repels water splash. Oneill makes the best quality life vests in the world for activities such as wakeboarding and waterskiing. If you are a big man, this is one of the few neoprene life jackets on the market that you can order in a size 3XL Most brands stop at 2XL.

In addition to front segmented panels for movement, Oneill added a back flex expansion panel in the new 2016 for better fit and comfort. The back flex panel is something that Hyperlite and Connelly added to life vests for over 2 years now. This flex back, (although not as stretchy as a Connelly or a Hyperlite) adds a just little more stretch in the lower back part of the vest for comfort.

We are not allowed to publish variances to those size charts. You are responsible for all shipping costs back and forth to try a different size if your life jacket does not fit.
