Payment to be made within 5 days of auction ending or item bought.
Any non payments will result in an unpaid item case being opened and if after 4 days payment still hasn’t been received then the item will be relisted and even further action taken with ebay!
Payments are accepted via PayPal, Uncrossed Postal Orders or Bank Transfer (please email for details).

I aim to ship within 3 working days of payment being received however, sometimes
this is not possible due to my very demanding 2 year old son and my 8 month old little girl! If however, you require your item in a hurry, please do email me and we can sort something out. I always obtain proof of postage and will send this to you in the event of your item not being received for you to make a claim, and will of course help you in any way I can. I do ship Worldwide, price will vary depending on the weight of the item! My postage fees aren’t simply just the price of a stamp, they do include a small fee for packaging etc to ensure your item arrives to you safely. ABSOLUTELY ALL ITEMS ARE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY, ABROAD OR IN THE UK. This is to cover both myself, and you the buyer.

 RETURNS POLICY

Most buy it now purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 7 working days of receiving the item. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, I do have a returns policy. This is a cooling off period in the event that you change your mind - please do not use this as a “wear it once, then send it back” service as all items must be received back in their original condition and will be carefully checked. This means: Unworn/Unused, labels still attached and in their original protective cellophane wrapper! (Not the pink mailing bag). Any items that are listed as *SALE*, BNWOT or “used” are NON-REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE! And any items that are won in auction format are too, NON-REFUNDABLE! You must let me know that you need to return an item immediately and it must be delivered to me by recorded delivery within 7 working days of receipt. I do not refund any postage costs and any items received after the 7 working day cooling off period will be returned to you with no refund.

I will deal with you honestly and fairly and will always try to resolve the issue raised, I am normally able to solve things with no problems. Customer service is of the upmost importance to me.
