This listing is for a Star Wars Episode 1 C-3PO action figure. The figure was produced by Hasboro Toys in 1998. The figure is from second collection of figures featuring Electronic CommTech Chips. This feature allows you to place the figure on a CommTech Reader (not included with this action figure listing, an item that is sold separately) and the chip reader will say quotes the character says in the movie Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. The figure chips will also interact with other character's chips. Action figure is in the original packaging, never opened. The packaging is in fair condition, the corners and edges are worn and there is rip on the top portion around the hanging hook. (See photos)
