60 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you no longer want your product for any reason at all, let us know within 60 days of receiving it and we will happily exchange it for any other item in our store, or store credit for use at a later date. Instructions for the return will be provided.
The item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them, unused and unopened. Upon receipt of your return, store credit will be issued to 100% of the value of the product(s) being returned. Note original and return shipping cannot be credited. Where original shipping was free, a $5 fee will be deducted from the credit to cover costs.
If you receive a faulty product, get in touch explaining what is wrong within 7 days of receiving the item, including photos where relevant/possible. In this instance, you can choose between a replacement product or a full refund, inclusive of all shipping costs.
