All of our products come from our retail store and there's always a chance the item may have been tried on by a customer in that store. Items are still new with tags and/or in box. Also, we do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays, so if you purchase on those days please be aware your item will be shipped out on Monday. For all items, once we ship out it is out of our hands and we are, like everyone, at the mercy of the shipping companies.The only guarantee we can give is that we will ship out as quickly as possible and generally we are able to ship out the same day someone pays.
