Our merchandise consists of overstock, close-outs, and shelf-pulls obtained directly from manufacturers or department stores. The overstock and close-out items are merchandise which was never exposed for sale in a retail store, and the shelf-pull pieces are goods that have been displayed for sale in a store showroom, but were never purchased by a customer. At the request of the retail/discount stores or warehouses, additional labels/tags have been removed from most of the items. 

The shelf-pull items are carefully examined and most often found to be in excellent selling condition, requiring only a light dusting at most. Very few pieces exhibit faint dirt or makeup smudges, dust along the hems, or signs of being tried on and/or handled in the store. Any flaws found are noted when the items are listed for sale. 

Further, our inventory is kept in a smoke-and-animal-free warehouse environment. Please note that we do handle several angora and other woolen pieces - which is acquired and pulled from the same lots as our other inventory - and to our dismay, many of these pieces shed. All of our pants are draped over hangers and hung on racks until pulled, which may cause wrinkled knees or other areas. These will fall out with either washing or wear. Delicate fabrics are stored with great care.

All photos have been taken with color accuracy in mind. Please be aware that color may vary due to your computer monitor's configuration and/or settings. Please refer to the manufacturer's color description for additional reference.

Shipping is calculated according to your address --- so please be sure to enter your zip code or select your country to view the correct cost. If you are purchasing more than one item from Swanky Bazaar, please read the Combined Shipping section below. DOMESTIC BUYERS:

We prefer to ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail for items weighing 16-ounces or less (when packaged) and Priority Mail for all other items (media and heavy items excluded). Heavier items will be shipped via USPS Parcel Select or FedEx.

PLEASE NOTE: If the listing states FREE shipping to the United States, we are referring to the 48 contiguous states - residents of Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for the correct shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Packages weighing 4 pounds or less are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International Mail. Packages weighing more than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. The value of the item entered on customs forms is the WINNING BID.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

Domestic (within the USA): You will pay full shipping on the first item or whichever item in your order has the highest shipping rate. For each additional item you will save 50% off of the advertised shipping price.

International (outside the USA): You will pay full shipping on the first item or whichever item in your order has the highest shipping rate. For each additional item you will save 45% off of the advertised shipping price.
