If we see any suspicious activity then we will report it to EBAY, PAYPAL, FBI and Local law enforcement agency.  If we need more information to verify you, then we will ask and co-operation in this matter will release the package soon.  Non co-operation attitude and forced to ship faster will raise a red flag and consider as fraudulent transaction.  So please try to have a confirmed shipping address with PayPal before buying.  If address is not confirmed, then go ahead and confirmed it before buying to avoid any late shipments. 

All phones are subject to a restocking fee of 35%.  we have a huge restocking on this because it is the most expensive item and the prices are really unstable.  items has to be returned within 7days and has to be in the same condition as received.  if they are not in same condition then restocking fee will be more depending on the condition of the returned item. 

For international orders we are not responsible for any  customs fee.  all international returns will be charged above restocking plus shipping fee is non refundable because carrier don't refund us and we can't refund it.  Due to high demand of this product.  we try our best to deliver it asap once we get the cleared payment.  There might be some delays too. 

All phones are brand new in box with all brand new accessories.  Due to scams we are opening each and every phone to take the video of the phone before shipping to have a proof.  we also check any manufacturing defects before shipping to avoid back and forth of the item in case if it has any defects.  other than that we assure that all our phones are brand new in original box with all brand new original accessories in original factory packaging.
