·      All items are shipped from Melbourne, VIC via Australia Post. No P.O. Box Delivery/APO or FPO delivery.All products will be posted in maximum 2 working days after we received the payment. (We will try to send items on next day ASAP).

·      All delivery will be sent to the buyer provided address. If you want to send to another different address, please message or E-mail us on the first time.

·      Our Items are all Brand New. Refunds or returns are accepted only unless item arrived damaged or there is a significant difference from our description.

·      Returns must be in the original condition packaging and has not been opened yet, but shipping fee cannot be refunded as it is already paid to the courier to deliver the item.  Buyer is responsible for return postage.
