  We have a 14 days return period, we must be notified within 14 days from delivery date. Please contact us by email to obtain the RMA number (return merchandise authorization) before shipping the product back.

. Return product for refund are subject to a 30% restocking fees.
. Product return for refund must be in unopened, unused, original sealed retail condition.
. Used product return are subject to 50% restocking fees.
. Refund will be for the item price only, shipping fees will not be refunded.
. Defective item reported within the 5 days return period can only be exchange, refund will not be issue for defective product in any situation. Shipping fees for returning the product is the buyer responsibility. Shipping of the replacement product will be on us.
